http://designc7.com/journal/design/fixing-bugs-with-the-colorful-css-blocks/

With this post, I would like to share an idea about bug fixing when you are working on the looking of XHML+CSS page.

You know, though it’s 21st century, but there are still a few different browsers on this planet, as a web designer or developer, sometimes( most of the times for me) you have to “fight” with the browser compatibility when you are coding your webpage, you know what I mean, right? {And IE 6 is suck to waste my life}. This will make the objects you want to check on the webpage you are editing or fixing bugs visual, it highlights the objects with the colorful background with a few quiet simple CSS attributes.

Help! Aider! Hilfe! ヘルプ! עזרה! βοήθεια! 求助!…

Well, I ‘ve tried my best to figure out how to make or add a “loading spinner” while waiting for the content loaded completely, just like I’ve tried my best to use the languags as many as I can read or remember to express “Help” to you, it’s been “hard” for me, but I did it :D

It's growing up so fast after I'm back to xiamen - 8

You know this plant is growing up so fast after I’m back to xiamen, I went back to my hometown at the middle of October, then it’s not watered by someone else during that time, I guess. It’s supposed to be watered continuously to keep alive, I think. But when I got back to xiamen, then I saw that it’s still alive though the soil is quiet dry.

Answers' new interface

Answers.com changed its interface, I think. From what I saw, the new interface looks nice, for me. Large size search input form, separate the “Ask” and “Answer” with different colors – green and blue, feel cordial and user friendly. Each important element is eye-catching to enlarge, let users to focus on the key functions of that site, and not-feeling lost around this such huge information type site.

This picture shows you the collection of the photos that I’ve taken at my hometown, I got back to my hometown to build our family’s new house on October – finally because of some reasons, we don’t get started to build it, but sure thing that is, I have had a great time with my family, really.

Easy use of the desktop in Leopard

http://designc7.com/journal/tech/easy-use-of-the-desktop-in-leopard/

What are you going to do if you want to take a quick look of your file(especially the images) as a large size with your items on the desktop in Leopard? You know, I was supposed to launch the Finder then check them with Cover Flow view, and was almost going to click the Macintosh HD icon on the desktop. But I didn’t do that, I pressed “cmd+J” to launch the right-clicked menu instead, there’s the “show view options” right there.
